Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation for residents and staff
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas
Ensure accurate labeling and storage of food and supplies
Assist with menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure smooth operations and meet regulatory standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the dietary manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience in food service or healthcare (but willing to train)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Must be able to pass a background check and TB test
