  + tips but can quickly increase the base rate as incentives are met.

What You Will Do:

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excel in leading daily operations with an attention to detail.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Direct ground marketing efforts in the neighborhoods we service.
• Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience and gather feedback and reviews.
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training with the ability to train all daily procedures to new hires
• Be rewarded for your efforts and success.
