Salary: $20.00 per hour.

Roles & Responsibilities:

%CF; Communicate with appropriate departments to get forecasts of incoming

inventory to schedule Associates accordingly.

%CF; Monitoring dealership activity and ensuring the location is properly equipped and

staffed to support the dealership needs.

%CF; Daily periodic walks around the dealership lot and showroom to check inventory

and inspect work needing to be completed.

%CF; Ensuring all work is recorded and delegated in the system.

%CF; Hiring, training, and coaching Associates

%CF; Assessing Associate performance and providing helpful feedback and training

opportunities.

%CF; Ensuring Associates follow Company policies, processes and procedures.

%CF; Controlling and maintaining labor cost to maximize budgets.

%CF; Drive productivity while meeting quality expectations.

%CF; Inspecting the quality of work being completed

%CF; Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers or associates.

%CF; Willingness to step in and work any job function necessary to insure 100%

customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

%CF; Prior detailing Management experience preferred

%CF; Valid driver's license

%CF; Attention to detail

%CF; Ability to walk, crouch, bend and stand for extended periods

%CF; Undergo background and drug test

%CF; Availability to work weekends and holidays
