Avir Trilogy is seeking a Driver to join our team!
We're looking for a Driver who takes the responsibility seriously. You'll transport residents and staff safely and on time, whether that's a dialysis appointment, a specialist visit, or the weekly shopping trip.
For a lot of our residents, you're the person who gets them where they need to go and back home again, and how you handle that ride matters as much as the driving. A steady presence and a little patience go a long way.

What You'll Do:
Safely operate a company vehicle transporting residents and staff, with timely arrivals and departures.
Assist residents in and out of the vehicle, including securing wheelchairs and mobility equipment.
Keep accurate trip records covering mileage, hours, and any issues that come up.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs to management promptly.
Provide courteous, professional service to residents, families, and staff.
Work with the transportation team to keep scheduling efficient and appointments covered.

Qualifications for Driver:
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to safely assist residents and lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
Strong communication skills and a courteous, service-minded approach.
