About the Role:

The General Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional service delivery and financial performance. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth through effective project sales and corporate sales strategies while maintaining strict cost control measures. The General Manager will lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development. They will be responsible for managing food and beverage operations, optimizing food costs, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Ultimately, the General Manager will deliver strong profit and loss (P&L) management, aligning operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in people management and leading diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in project sales and corporate sales within a hospitality context.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control, food cost management, and P&L oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience managing incentive programs and employee engagement initiative.
  • Experience working in multi-unit or large-scale hospitality operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across all departments, including food and beverage, hospitality services, and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting project and corporate clients to increase revenue streams.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including food costs and labor expenses, to achieve budgetary goals.
  • Oversee P&L statements, analyze financial reports, and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
  • Design and administer incentive programs to motivate staff and enhance overall team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operational areas.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a skilled and customer-focused workforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote services and enhance brand presence.
