Eastern Environmental Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Geothermal Drillers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on position offering competitive pay, overtime, prevailing wage opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates with a valid CDL Class A or B license and a strong commitment to safety are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL Class A or B with manual transmission.
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (40-hour HAZWOPER a plus).
• Valid SST Card.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in drilling or geothermal installations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and physical exam.
• Geothermal HVAC experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform geothermal and well drilling operations.
• Install vertical open and closed loop geothermal systems.
• Trench and connect loop fields to system flow centers.
• Respond to geothermal system service calls.
• Operate drilling, excavation and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $45.00 – $56.00/hour, based on experience, license, and qualifications
• Overtime and prevailing wage projects available
