Responsibilities:
- Execute additional administrative tasks such as data entry, light bookkeeping, and online research as requested
- Direct email management tasks including writing, proofreading, and sending emails - update contact lists as needed
- Post regularly on social media accounts and perform simple website updates, such as FAQs on Wordpress sites, blogs, or other platforms
- Coordinate and oversee project timelines to ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to streamline workflow and enhance team productivity.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Utilize project management tools to track deliverables and maintain organized documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations to support decision-making processes within the firm.
