Survey/Right-of-Way Manager--Licensed PLS

AWK is seeking an experienced Survey/Right-of-Way Manager to join our Harrisburg, PA office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional to lead surveying and right-of-way services on a variety of transportation and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
• Demonstrated experience managing land surveying and right-of-way projects.
• Extensive experience with PennDOT projects is required.
• Experience with Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects is required.
• Proven experience preparing technical and price proposals for public-sector transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania surveying standards, right-of-way acquisition support, and transportation project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, client relationship, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee survey and right-of-way projects from planning through completion.
• Lead survey field and office staff while ensuring quality, accuracy, and schedule compliance.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate survey deliverables, plats, legal descriptions, and right-of-way mapping.
• Develop and prepare technical and cost/price proposals in response to PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and other public agency solicitations.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and public agencies to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and applicable regulatory standards.
