About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Forest City, North Carolina. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other therapists to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder. You will be responsible for implementing behavioral plans, collecting and recording data, and communicating with families and team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavioral plans under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

  • Communicate with families and team members to share observations, progress reports, and concerns

  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, behavior analysis) preferred

  • Previous experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
