Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations across active tilt-up and industrial construction projects
- Lead and manage project Superintendents, foremen, and field crews across multiple projects or large-scale single project scopes
- Drive project schedules, sequencing, and daily production to meet milestones and delivery commitments
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades across all phases of construction
- Partner closely with Project Managers and ownership on budget, schedule, and quality performance
- Enforce safety standards, site protocols, and company policies across all field operations
- Manage subcontractor performance and hold teams accountable to scope and schedule
- Support preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, and project startup activities
- Serve as the senior field leader and primary point of contact for owners, inspectors, and agency representatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
- Strong background in tilt-up, industrial, warehouse, cold storage, or distribution center construction
- Proven ability to lead field operations at the General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent level
- Experience managing large project scopes and multi-superintendent teams
- Deep understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and related construction management platforms a plus
