Our client-a major communications company located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a tax professional to get involved
with Domestic and International tax planning. Responsibilities are transactional-related and involve no no Tax Compliance
or Reporting. Report to several VP's of tax. Very stimulating work. LLM a strong plus. 4-7 years of prior experience of having worked with a law firm,CPA firm or In-house tax counsel.
