About the Role
OZK Vans is identifying skilled technicians to support upcoming custom camper van builds. This is a project-based independent contractor opportunity focused on electrical and mechanical system installation.
We are actively building a bench of qualified contractors for future projects as our build schedule expands.
Scope of Work
This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) relationship. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
Work is offered based on project availability. Contractors may accept or decline individual assignments.

- Install 12V electrical systems and wiring.
- Install solar panels, batteries, and power systems.
- Install lighting, fans, and electrical accessories.
- Assist with plumbing and mechanical systems as needed.
- Troubleshoot and adjust systems to meet build specifications.
- Hands-on electrical or mechanical installation experience.
- Ability to read diagrams, plans, and layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Personal tools preferred.
