We're setting a new standard for Skilled Rehab & Resident Wellness — and we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Office Manager to help lead the way.
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our business office, keep administrative processes running smoothly, and serve as a key support partner to our clinical team.
What You'll Do
Financial Management — Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all financial operations
Administrative Support — Provide scheduling, data entry, and correspondence support to the clinical team
Staff Supervision — Direct and support administrative staff, including training and performance evaluations

Experience & Requirements
Prior experience as a Business Office Manager in skilled nursing/long-term care
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills — you thrive under pressure
Hands-on experience managing Resident Funds (RFMS), including quarterly statement preparation
Solid background in collections and reducing aging AR/bad debt
Working knowledge of LTC Medicaid applications, including LOC determinations, DHMH 257s, and redeterminations
Experience with triple-check billing processes
Understanding of Medicaid spend-down, resource assessments, and Patient Pay/PETI calculations
Familiarity with Medicare Part A/B billing cycles and managed care/insurance verification
Experience coordinating with families, POAs, and guardians on financial and eligibility matters
Working knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) or similar EHR/billing systems
Understanding of the Medicaid appeals process and Fair Hearing procedures a plus
