Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews of client coverage to ensure their families and assets are properly shielded.
Advise clients on policy adjustments that reflect changes in their personal or professional lives.
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with members of the West Hartford community through transparency and care.
Guide prospective clients through the selection process by explaining complex terms in simple, everyday language.
Partner with our administrative staff to ensure all policy documentation is accurate and processed on time.
Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest solutions that bring true peace of mind to our policyholders.
Requirements
Valid Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Connecticut.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or advising clients.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment and local coverage nuances.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
Comfort with using industry-standard agency management software.
