Responsibilities:
Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, laundry areas, and storage spaces
Operate industrial laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens and clothing
Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
Assist with changing linens, cleaning carpets, and performing other environmental services tasks as required
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
