Full-Time Dental Hygienist — Decatur, GA
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus | No Weekends | $50–$54/hr or 33% of Production, Whichever Is Higher
Family Dental Group is looking for an experienced, compassionate Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our established Decatur practice. Your Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: OFF!
Our schedule gives you your evenings and weekends back while providing the stability of a full-time position.
What You'll Do
- As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Conducting periodontal assessments, dental exams, X-rays, and oral cancer screenings
- Educating patients about oral hygiene and preventive care
- Providing a comfortable, positive patient experience
- Assisting the dentist with procedures as needed
- Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Following infection control and sterilization protocols
- Working closely with the dental team to deliver outstanding care
What We're Looking For
- Valid Georgia Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
