Position: Pipe Fitter
Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter with strong blueprint-reading skills and a solid understanding of industrial math and layout principles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety and quality in every project.
We’re seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter with strong blueprint-reading skills and a solid understanding of industrial math and layout principles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety and quality in every project.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping schematics
- Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipe according to specifications
- Perform layout work and ensure accurate pipe alignment and fit-up
- Apply strong mathematical skills for measurements, angles, and calculations
- Work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing or construction environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a pipe fitter in an industrial or fabrication setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed piping layouts
- Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, basic geometry, and measurement conversions
- Must successfully pass a written pipe fitting assessment or equivalent knowledge test
- Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
Schedule:
- Week Day Shift – Monday – Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
- Weekend Shift – Friday – Sunday 5:30am-6:30pm
Pay: $24–$27 per hour, depending on experience
