Our brand-new state of the art dental practice is looking for a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator.

We opened 6 months ago and are already so busy we need a second TC. This is a great opportunity to advance your career and make a good living while helping patients receive the best dental care!

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience while supporting the growth of the practice. Responsibilities include:

• Presenting treatment plans and guiding patients through recommended care
• Coordinating patient consultations and scheduling treatment appointments
• Supporting case acceptance through clear and compassionate communication
• Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Working closely with the doctor and team to deliver an excellent patient experience

• Experience in dental treatment coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans, financial options, and patient scheduling

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$35 per hour, based on experience

- 1-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator

- Strong sales skills/personality

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
