Job Description
We’re hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you’re a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.

Hands on mentorship/training with a dedicated hygiene mentor, placement pre-licensure, cushioned schedule to better transition and acclimate to office flow, base pay plus bonus incentives, health benefits
Compensation & Benefits
$65-$75/hr (Depending on Experience)
$5,000 sign-on bonus

What We’re Looking For
Active WA RDH license
CPR/BLS certified
Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
Strong communication + teamwork
What You’ll Do
Provide preventive and periodontal care
Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
Build lasting patient relationships
Use modern technology, including Overjet
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
