Pay: $50,000 – $55,000/year

Position Overview
The APU Setter is responsible for the startup, operation, and maintenance of molding and assembly equipment. Package and assemble components according to company and customer specifications, support process improvements, and maintain safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding and assembly equipment; load programs and align robotic systems
- Perform startup checks, color/material changes, and mold maintenance
- Conduct visual inspection of products to ensure quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor process issues; escalate as needed
- Perform TPM maintenance, line clearances, and cycle checklists
- Follow LOTO procedures for unsafe equipment
- Maintain clean workspace and participate in Lean initiatives
- Support ISO, GMP, Health & Safety, and standard work procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Stand and walk 90% of shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, grab, and climb
- Satisfy vision testing requirements
Work Environment
- Clean manufacturing and warehouse environment
- Moderate noise levels
