Still, even if you do not have dental experience, related experience such as customer service, medical field, or front receptionist experiences are welcome.He/she must be able to perform a variety of tasks and duties including, but not limited to:Organize and maintain the patient charting process, prioritizing and reviewing charts for completeness.Courteously answers the telephone and interact professionally with patientsGreet all patients with a smile and a professional, courteous attitudeManage the patient schedule, working cooperatively with front and back-office staff to ensureworkflowVerify insurance coverage for the planned treatmentCollect payment from patients and reconciles daily cash reportsPreparing patient prescriptionsPresent treatment plans after calculating patient co-payments and insurance benefitsEducating patients about their treatmentPreparing & submitting dental claims Preferred Job Requirements:1+ years of work experience in healthcare, finances, or sales1+ years of experience in dentalStrong verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills COVID-19 precautionsFully vaccination against COVID-19 requiredPersonal protective equipment provided or requiredSocial distancing guidelines in placeSanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in placeSalary$18-25 per hour, depending on experience
