HS Boys Soccer Asst Coach

Solebury School (New Hope, PA) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated High School Boys Soccer Assistant Coach to support the continued growth and success of our soccer program. Working closely with the Head Coach and Athletic Department, this position plays an important role in developing student-athletes both on and off the field while fostering a positive, inclusive, and team-focused environment.The Assistant Coach will help with practices, game preparation, competition management, and overall program organization. This role provides the opportunity to mentor student-athletes, teach the fundamentals of the sport, and promote teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and personal growth consistent with Solebury School's mission and values.Key Responsibilities Include:Assist with planning and leading practices, games, and team activitiesSupport student-athlete development through instruction, mentorship, and positive leadershipHelp build a strong team culture centered on character, commitment, and belongingCommunicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and program stakeholdersAssist with transportation to away competitions as neededQualifications:Varsity high school playing experience required; college playing experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to serve as a positive role model and mentorCommitment to developing student-athletes beyond their athletic abilitiesFamiliarity with independent school athletics is preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about soccer, enjoys working with students, and wants to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school community.
