This Temp to Hire opportunity is ideal for a reliable, hands on individual who can support daily production operations in a fast paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety focused, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish while working with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general labor duties to support daily operations
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
  • Assist production teams with various tasks and projects
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in English and Spanish
  • Perform physical tasks as required in an industrial environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments preferred
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods
