TITLE: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
LOCATION: New York or New Jersey Office
Seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our client’s New York or New Jersey Offices with solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including transactional matters, financings, leasing and title reviews.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Five (5+) years of professional experience
- Experience with large commercial closings a plus.
- Highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate
