Safety Speacalist

Ready to be the person on site everyone trusts to keep the job running safe? This is a hands on Safety Specialist role for someone who wants to be out on the concrete, not stuck behind a desk running reports nobody reads.

You'll own the safety culture on your project, working directly with craft and leadership to make sure the work gets done right and everyone goes home the same way they showed up.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading Daily Plan Preparation and Operational Activity Training engagement with craft
• Reviewing work activities onsite each shift to promote safe practices and proper PPE use
• Holding people accountable and influencing real behavioral change on the ground
• Completing internal and external safety documentation for your shift and phase of work
• Conducting multiple safety observations per week

What you bring:

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Ability to walk and traverse a jobsite at all hours
• Ability to lift heavy materials and move equipment around a jobsite or yard
• Willingness to work odd hours, including early morning concrete placements, and overtime as needed
• Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
