Job Title: Lead HVAC Service Technician

We are a highly established, family-owned HVAC contractor serving Upstate South Carolina for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on a culture of integrity, prioritizing honest repairs over forced corporate sales quotas. We are actively hiring a full-time Lead Service Technician to join our close-knit team.
The Role:
You will expertly diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. We value technicians who get the job done right the first time and maintain a low callback rate.
Compensation:
- $33.00 to $40.00 per hour base pay.
- Additional commissions on equipment sales (3 to 5 percent), IAQ, and service agreements.
- Health insurance and PTO.
Company vehicle, gas card, phone allowance, and tool allowance.
Requirements:
- 5 years of proven field experience
- Active EPA Universal Certification
- Clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
