What You'll Be Doing

As a Grill Cook at Misfits Haymarket, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and grilling menu items to perfection, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assisting with inventory and restocking ingredients as needed.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the grill. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or working in a high-volume kitchen.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused during busy shifts.
- Willingness to work nights on weekends and major event days, including Husker games.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality food and a commitment to upholding our standards.
