QC Laboratory Operations Analyst

Imagine stepping into the lab: glassware is decontaminated and sterilized, equipment is verified and calibrated, and your media, reagents, and standards are prepped. You run routine tests on product and raw material samples—and if results deviate, you act fast and document clearly.

In this role, you will

• Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize laboratory glassware and other containers to maintain readiness.
• Monitor laboratory equipment, perform maintenance, and complete calibrations to keep systems within specification.
• Prepare media, reagents, and standard solutions; stage equipment for efficient use.
• Carry out routine testing on product and raw material samples using established methods.
• Identify unexpected outcomes, communicate promptly, and complete OOS, NCR, and IR documentation for nonconforming or rejected materials.
