Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused In-Yard Driver to join our operations in Rogers, Arkansas. This role involves operating a truck to move steel-sided flatbed or roll-off containers within the yard and assisting with scrap handling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive semi-trucks within the yard to move scrap materials.
• Operate trucks to pick up and relocate containers within the yard.
• Operate yard equipment to load or move scrap material as needed.
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• No CDL required for this position.
• Tractor/Trailer driving experience required.
• Forklift or yard equipment experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive a manual.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs independently and 100+ lbs with assistance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
