- Lead the restaurant during assigned shifts.
- Support the General Manager in daily operations.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Help hire, train, and retain a strong team.
- Monitor inventory, labor, and operational performance.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain company standards and drive restaurant success.
- Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Passion for guest service and operational excellence.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
