Position –Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Location –Oshkosh, WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Temp to hire

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$20 to $23

Benefits –Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –At least 2 years of experience

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you are the heartbeat of logistics. Your daily mission will include:

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material from trucks.
• Receive and record computer entries for all inbound materials.
• Package and prepare finished goods, work in process and other materials for shipment.
• Perform necessary identification and paperwork in connection with shipments or receiving where close attention to detail is required.
• Handle in-plant materials.
• Pick up and deliver materials, work in process inventory and packaging materials.
• Return correctly identified materials to proper location in inventory.
• Perform necessary identification and inventory paperwork.
• Successfully complete forklift certification program.

• Detail-Oriented: You spot the small errors before they become big problems.
• Safety-Conscious: You practice alert material handling at all times.
• Proactive Planner: You can anticipate the movement of parts needed for our paint department.
• Reliable: You’re ready to hit the ground running on 1st shift.
