Dietary Cook – Part-Time

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Cook to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals while supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming dining experience for our residents.

• Prepare meals and snacks in accordance with physician orders and dietary guidelines

• Assist with meal service and support residents during dining times as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas

• Work in the dish room as needed and ensure proper cleaning of equipment

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

• Support the dietary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in quantity or large-scale food preparation preferred

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality

• Organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and patient when working with residents
