RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and by phone, creating a positive first impression for every visitor and caller.
- Direct the flow of customers on the phone and in the office, routing inquiries to the right team member quickly and accurately.
- Learn to take payments and assist customers with billing questions.
- Support the agency by completing daily online tasks and updating account notes accurately.
- Assist customers, ensuring clear communication and an excellent experience.
- Actively study to pass the Nevada Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licensing exams within the agency's established timeframe, with full support provided.
- Learn agency systems, products, and processes while building toward a licensed role and taking on growing responsibilities as skills develop.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong desire to earn insurance licenses and build a long-term career in the industry.
- Energetic, tenacious, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
