What You’ll Do

As a Fry Cook at Hibachi in a Box, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking fried menu items to perfection, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following food safety standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
• Supporting multi-concept and high-volume kitchen operations, including ghost kitchen setups.
• Collaborating with the team to meet customer demands, especially during busy late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings energy, skill, and dedication to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, with a preference for those familiar with multi-concept, high-volume, or ghost kitchen operations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Certification: ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Availability: Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
