Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available on day 1, 401k and more!Days: 3x12s, 36 hrs/week; holiday rotation; no call; every other weekendBehavioral Health RNJob Summary: Provides mental health assessments, medication management, and therapeutic support in inpatient or outpatient behavioral health settings.Key Responsibilities:Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluate risk factors.Administer and monitor psychiatric medications.Provide individual therapy and crisis intervention.Develop and implement individualized care plans.Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists.Maintain accurate documentation.Requirements:RN license in state of assignment.Psychiatric nursing certification may be required.Experience with mental health patients preferred.
