Position Overview

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations.

This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical operations and staff

Ensure compliance with Medicare and state regulations

Lead interdisciplinary team meetings

Monitor quality and performance metrics

Support survey readiness and audits

Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff

Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts

Minimum of 2-3 years of hospice leadership experience

Strong knowledge of hospice regulations

Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities
