INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Rotating Shifts
5:00 am - 5:30 pm
$21.01 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain warehouse management system (WMS) locations within SAP.
- Track and schedule inbound containers.
- Create, label, size, and maintain warehouse bin locations.
- Process inventory location changes and system adjustments as needed.
- Generate cycle count data for finished goods and component inventory.
- Prepare daily and weekly cycle count reports and inventory accuracy metrics.
- Perform weekly inventory reconciliation between the Brownwood facility and off-site warehouse inventory.
- Monitor material flow and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse transfer locations.
- Generate reports on warehouse storage capacity and utilization.
- Support annual physical inventory by running reports and entering inventory data.
- Create, update, and maintain ISO documentation related to WMS and cycle counting processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of warehouse operations experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP inventory control and WMS transactions.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of SAP warehouse capacity planning.
- Understanding of warehouse inventory control and cycle counting processes.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
