Behavior Technician (BT) - ABA Therapy
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy for a 3-year-old male in Mt. Arlington, NJ.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
Collect and document session data.
Foster communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.
Collaborate with the clinical team and caregivers to support the client's progress.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children is preferred.
RBT certification is a plus but not required.
Reliable transportation is required.
Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
