Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-sufficient Server with at least 2 years of full-service restaurant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently manage the entire dining floor without assistance, and is comfortable stepping into various Front of House (FOH) roles as needed. We value flexibility, team-oriented mindsets, and top-tier hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage tables and oversee the entire floor, delivering efficient and friendly service from start to finish.
• Adapt to different FOH roles (e.g., hosting, bussing, running) to ensure seamless service operations.
• Demonstrate complete product knowledge to answer guest questions, make recommendations, and take accurate orders.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and collaborate closely with BOH and management.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude and assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-service server operating without continuous supervision or assistance.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high-volume floor shifts independently.
• High flexibility and willingness to support all FOH operations as business needs shift.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Pay & Benefits:

• Estimated Total Compensation: $45 – $60/hour (includes base hourly wage + tips).
