What You’ll Be Doing

As a Manager at Sammy's Pub, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Leading and supporting a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Assisting in scheduling and ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Upholding Sammy's Pub's commitment to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership.
• A passion for creating a positive customer and team experience.
