Location (city, state): Tulsa, Oklahoma

Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $20/hr

Work Schedule: 8-5 Monday - Friday

Job Description: The Receptionist / Front Desk Executive Assistant is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees while providing administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and department managers.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and executive calendars.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and monitor inventory.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing office workspaces.
  • Maintain filing systems and company records, both electronic and paper.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
