We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated CT Supervisor to join our progressive, state-of-the-art Medical Imaging team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CT technologist with leadership abilities to step into a key role where you'll influence patient care, support staff development, and help drive operational excellence.What You'll DoAs the CT Supervisor, you will play a vital role in both clinical and operational leadership, including:Overseeing daily operations within the CT department to ensure efficient, high-quality patient careCoordinating staffing and securing coverage during short-staffed situationsManaging equipment performance and resolving issues promptlyPartnering with leadership to recruit, interview, and onboard new team membersCommunicating department updates, policies, and expectations to all staff, including per diem team membersDeveloping and leading training sessions and in-service education for CT staffServing as a clinical instructor for the SUNY CT program, helping shape the next generation of imaging professionalsLeading by example, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and performanceContributing to staff retention, engagement, and recruitment initiativesSupporting additional responsibilities as outlined in the full job descriptionWhat You'll BringEducation:Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology programExperience:Experience in a hospital-based, high-volume CT environment requiredProficiency in invasive radiology procedures strongly preferredDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a teamCertification/Licensure:Current NYSDOH license to practice RadiographyARRT (R) certification requiredARRT (CT) certification strongly preferredWhy Join Rome Health?Rome Health is a non-profit healthcare system serving patients throughout Central New York.
