Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 3:30 PM - 7:00/8:00 PM
PeopleShare is seeking a Program Lead for a local recreation center. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with youth, leading activities, and helping create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
What You'll Do- Lead and supervise daily youth programs and recreational activities
- Plan and facilitate engaging games, projects, and enrichment opportunities
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to youth
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and personal growth
- Monitor participation and keep activities running smoothly
- Assist with program setup, organization, and facility upkeep
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff
- Follow all program policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- At least 1 year of experience working with youth, recreation programs, childcare, education, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead groups and manage multiple activities at once
- A positive attitude and passion for helping young people succeed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
