Requirements

• Valid New Jersey P-3 (Preschool-Grade 3) certification.

What You'll Do

• Plan and implement daily lesson plans aligned with New Jersey preschool learning standards based on an approved curriculum provided by the Hackensack BOE
• Create a warm, inclusive, and organized classroom culture for all students.
• Assess and track developmental milestones for each child.
• Communicate daily with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Follow state guidelines and policies
• Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment compliant with state licensing rules.

• Valid New Jersey P-3 (Preschool-Grade 3) certification.
• 20 hours of training
