Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000+ annually
Ballantyne Plastic Surgery is a well-established, highly respected medical aesthetics practice in Charlotte, NC, known for delivering exceptional patient care and natural-looking results. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our team.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence- Conduct comprehensive consultations and facial assessments
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including:
- Neuromodulators
- Dermal fillers
- Biostimulators
- Experience with PRP/PRF, stem cells, and exosome treatments is highly preferred
- Administer treatments safely with precision, attention to detail, and an artistic approach
- Deliver balanced, natural-looking outcomes while maintaining high clinical standards
- Build strong, long-term patient relationships through exceptional bedside manner
- Provide proactive follow-up care and patient education to encourage retention and loyalty
- Participate in social media content creation and internal marketing initiatives
- Help grow your patient book of business through engagement and brand presence
- Active North Carolina license as:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated aesthetic injecting experience
- Proven track record of clinical safety and high-quality aesthetic outcomes
- Existing patient following/client loyalty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, professional, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passion for aesthetics and helping patients look and feel their best
