Roswell Nursing and Healing is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper/ floor tech and laundry tech to join our team! Help us maintain a warm, welcoming, and home-like atmosphere for our residents. This isn’t just a cleaning job—it’s a meaningful role where you’ll brighten lives every day.

What You’ll Do as a housekeeper

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and shared facilities

• Follow cleaning protocols and infection control procedures

• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents

• Work alongside a supportive and compassionate team

• floor tech- The Floor tech is responsible for scrubbing refreshing and buffering of floor surfaces. Empties trash cans, ensures all entry ways are clean. You will also need to maintain the equipment.

• laundry tech-responsible for preforming in house laundry services for the facility linens and residents clothing in a safe and sanitary manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping experience (especially in a healthcare or nursing home setting is a plus—but not required!)

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• A positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others

• Compassion, respect, and care for the elderly
