Position Overview
Back to Balance Wellness Center is seeking a motivated, personable, and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The Chiropractic Assistant will work closely with chiropractors and other members of the clinical team to support patient care, treatment services, and day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their visits while providing a warm and professional experience.
- Prepare patients for chiropractic treatments and assist providers during patient care.
- Take and document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment-related information.
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation for chiropractic and therapeutic procedures.
- Support the delivery of rehabilitation exercises, stretching, and other provider-directed therapies.
- Assist with chiropractic modalities and therapeutic equipment as trained and directed by the clinical team.
- Help prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment and treatment areas are clean, organized, and ready for patients.
- Provide patients with instructions regarding exercises, stretches, home-care recommendations, and treatment plans as directed by the provider.
- Monitor patients during treatments and communicate any concerns or changes to the clinical team.
- Assist with patient flow and help keep appointments running efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Assist with front-office responsibilities when needed, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and general administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and general clinic information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare privacy requirements.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and wellness-focused office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, fitness, or wellness environment preferred.
- Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Aide, Rehabilitation Technician, or similar role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable working directly with patients and providing hands-on assistance.
- Ability to follow clinical instructions and treatment protocols accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable learning and operating therapeutic equipment and treatment modalities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic health record and scheduling systems.

About the Practice
Back to Balance Wellness Center is an Alpharetta-based chiropractic and wellness practice focused on helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their health and performance goals. The practice offers a broad range of services, including chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, massage therapy, spinal decompression, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, exercise training, and nutritional education.
The practice is located at 131 Roswell Street, Suite B101, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
Schedule
The clinic operates Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday with morning and afternoon hours, plus Saturday morning hours. The specific schedule for the Chiropractic Assistant will be determined based on clinic needs.
