Position Overview

We are seeking a professional Class A CDL Fleet Driver to join our safety-first operation based in Calhoun, GA. Minimum Qualifications

• Valid and current Class A CDL.
• Verifiable minimum of 3 months of Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Clean MVR and employment history required.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, hours of service, and safe driving practices.

Safety Gate Requirements

Your safety record is your resume. To be considered, you must meet our strict safety gates:

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years.
• No felony convictions related to driving or cargo handling.

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Competitive per-mile and activity-based pay designed to reward efficiency.
• Target weekly scale: earn up to a $1,750 ceiling with consistent performance.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit, with full pay statements and no hidden deductions.
