Vehicle Exchange Specialist (Part-Time)

The Vehicle Exchange Specialist is responsible for contacting existing dealership customers to discuss vehicle upgrade, trade-in, and exchange opportunities. This position serves as a liaison between customers and the sales team by generating appointments, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, and comfortable communicating with customers face-to-face, by phone, text, and email.

• Contact existing dealership customers regarding vehicle upgrade, trade-in, and exchange opportunities
• Speak with customers while they are visiting the service department and identify opportunities for vehicle upgrades, trade-ins, and exchanges
• Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach
• Schedule appointments for customers interested in upgrading or exchanging their vehicles
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email to maintain engagement
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the dealership CRM system
• Communicate current dealership offers, incentives, and inventory availability
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview in a professional manner
• Must be available to work Saturdays
