$21-$24/Hour DOE | Full-Time | Immediate Opening | Fairhope/Montrose Area

What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of the full Accounts Payable cycle by:
- Processing high-volume invoices from receipt through payment
- Coding invoices and reconciling vendor statements
- Processing ACH, wire, and check payments
- Preparing remote deposits
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close
- Researching and resolving vendor payment discrepancies
- Building positive relationships with vendors and internal departments
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting internal controls
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, thrives in a fast-paced accounting environment, and takes pride in accuracy.
Qualified candidates should have:
- 5+ years of recent Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Experience processing high-volume invoices
- Experience with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable best practices and GAAP principles
Automotive accounting experience is a plus.
